DC/Logistics Operations
Accountable for managing daily workflow inside FNM. Simultaneously with customer service functions.
Dispatch services operate closely with all aspects of transport services within the company to obtain the best possible results and guarantee the highest level of customer experience. This position includes outlining, dispatching, routing, operational duties and customer interaction.
Responsible for:
- Map route and control available resources connected with the effective and damage-free VIP treatment.
- Manage daily responsibilities, multiple system updates to deliver the best possible consumer outcomes and metrics associated
- Interact with customers to organize and schedule
- Implement coaching and performance
- Sustain a positive mindset involving fast-moving logistics
- Capability to sustain Record Management inventory and control
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent required
- 3 years of moving/transport experience preferred
- Basic PC skills including Google G-Suite
- Supervisory background preferred
